Refund Policy
If an item from your order arrives to you damaged please notify us of this within 48hrs of delivery so we can send replacements or credit your account, after this period a replacement will not be offered.
We do not accept returns unless the product is faulty
We do not accept returns of any other kind.
We do not accept order cancellations.
Please contact me within 3 days of delivery & post items back within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. When returning items they must be sent back to the address given to you when processing the return, we recommend you send with tracking or track & signed options as we do not take any responsibility for lost parcels.
If a package is returned to us from the courier after 3 failed delivery attempts we will refund you for the cost of the order minus the shipping fee. The refund will be issued after the package has arrived back at our location and each product checked over. Please double check your address upon ordering, if you notice you have made an error in your address please contact us straight away, if the order has not been dispatched it is easily corrected.
